• Maintenance orders placed through our website:
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

• Products purchased through brand partner links:
  Shipping is handled directly by the brand and follows their individual policies and rates

All shipping costs are displayed before purchase is completed.

Responsibility for orders transfers to the carrier once the package has been shipped.

Phoenix Gwen Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers or third-party vendors.

Phoenix Gwen Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
