Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Client Consent & Liability Waiver.

If you do not agree, you should not use this website or services.

Services Provided
Phoenix Gwen Skincare provides virtual skincare consultations, customized skincare plans, product recommendations, and maintenance product sales.

All services are cosmetic and educational in nature only.

No Medical Advice
Phoenix Gwen Skincare does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and does not replace a licensed medical provider.

You agree to consult a physician or dermatologist for any medical concerns.

Virtual Service Limitation
You acknowledge that consultations are conducted virtually and are based on information, photos, and disclosures provided by you.

Phoenix Gwen Skincare is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to follow all recommendations as directed.

Failure to do so may impact results and safety.

Results Disclaimer
Results vary by individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Consultation Policy

  • Consultation value: $150 (may be waived during launch)

  • Non-refundable once completed

  • Intake forms must be completed prior to appointment

Failure to complete required intake forms prior to your appointment may result in cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.

Late cancellations or no-shows:

  • $100 fee applies

Product Purchases

  • All sales are final

  • No returns on opened or used products

  • Some products may be fulfilled directly through third-party vendors

Phoenix Gwen Skincare is not responsible for third-party vendor policies, including shipping, returns, or fulfillment.
